The Green Machine difference
Keeps your practice safe.
Green Machine is a family-operated cleaning and facilities services provider, with healthcare at the core of all we do. We combine specialist sector knowledge, built through relationships with IPC teams and NHS providers, with local management, transparent quality control and a proactive approach.
That means fewer last-minute surprises for practice managers, greater visibility over standards and a more dependable service day to day.
Monthly site reviews, documented quality audits and accessible records that support ongoing inspection readiness.
Healthcare-specific operative training built around IPC requirements and the NHS National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2025.
Local South West support for planned and unplanned absence, helping maintain service continuity when circumstances change.
Specialist healthcare cleaning at the core, with agreed facilities services coordinated through one accountable team.
Non-stop full-facilities service provider
Green Machine places specialist healthcare cleaning at the centre of a wider, joined-up facilities service. From mobilisation and routine cleaning to washrooms, consumables, windows, floors, waste management, pest control, grounds maintenance and agreed general-maintenance support, each programme is shaped around your building, operating hours and priorities.
A 24/7 support service and help desk provides one clear route whenever assistance is needed.
More than cleaning
Healthcare estates work best when essential services are coordinated rather than managed in isolation. Green Machine brings your agreed cleaning, hygiene and facilities requirements together under one responsive relationship.
The result is clearer accountability, consistent standards and less time spent coordinating multiple suppliers—so your team can stay focused on patients and care.

A controlled mobilisation
Michelle or Curtis will visit your site to understand your requirements, current pain points and wider building needs. Following the survey, we’ll provide a fully personalised proposal for your review.
We’ll create a bespoke cleaning schedule and agree your mobilisation plan and timescales. Everything from staff selection and training to equipment, stock and site documentation will be prepared in advance, including TUPE arrangements where applicable.
Your team will complete site inductions and role-specific training, cleaning storage areas will be set up, and all site-specific processes and documentation put in place. We’ll also carry out an initial reset clean, including 2 hours of complimentary machine cleaning.
You’ll have an assigned manager from day one, supported by monthly quality-control and audit visits, ongoing performance monitoring and a clear route for any day-to-day support.

“It is also a useful tool to have them doing the cleaning audit for CQC. They always maintain adequate cover during holidays and sickness. I would recommend Green Machine to any practice.”
